Hi. To hard reset itel android phones please follow the given instructions below, make sure you follow the instructions carefully and remember that you will lose all the data stored on the device storage after
resetting your itel android phone because you will be deleting
all the user data.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Press and hold the power button and select “shut down” or “power off” to switch off the device.
- Wait until the phone is completely off.
- Press and hold Volume button and power button l, release power button when the boot logo appear
- You will see No Command
- Press Volume up bottom and power to enter recovery mode menu of the phone. ( If the combination of volume down and power button does not do, please use volume up and power button.
- Release the volume down button when you see the recovery Mode menu.
- Use the volume down key to scrolll down to “wipe data/factory reset”
- Use power button/volume up to select the option.
- Scroll down to yes and tap power button/ volume up to select the “yes” option
- Wait for the reseting to complete
- Now select “reboot system now” using the power button/volume botton.
- Done, if it means the phone was locked, now it is unlock now.
